Our school

From 11th to 19th of March the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military Academy of Land Forces hosted two cadets from the United States Military Academy in West Point. The visit was organised within Foreign Academy Exchange Program – FAEP. Two our students - Sgt cadet Daniel Popławski and Sgt cadet Andrzej Wysoczański were involved in support of this visit in MALF.

On 22nd of March 14 representatives of Military Diplomatic Corps accredited in Poland led by Dean of the Corps – Gp Capt. Simon BLAKE (Military Attaché of Great Britain) visited General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military Academy of Land Forces.

An inauguration ceremony was held at MALF to officially begin an international summer semester 2016/2017 for foreign students from partnership academies. It’ll last until June 18th. This year we’re hosting students from USA, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Slovenia, Italy Spain and Turkey among others.

The 33rd meeting of the Implementation Group for the “European Initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus” took place in Brussels on 21st and 22nd February 2017. Many new representatives from European Basic Officer Education Institutions could be welcomed to contribute with their valuable experience to the group’s tasks.

Within a framework of intensive cooperation with Austrian partner Rector-Commandant of the General Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military Academy of Land Forces (MALF) Brig. Gen. Dariusz SKORUPKA D.Sc. Asst. Prof. visited Theresan Military Academy (TMA) in Wiener Neustadt.

From 15th to 20th January 2017, as part of EMILYO (Initiative for Exchange of Military Young Officers Inspired by ERASMUS) military common module CSDP took place at the Theresian Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt, Austria.

University of Charleston and General Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military Academy of Land Forces (MALF) concluded a cooperation agreement. From Polish side the document was signed by Rector-Commandant Brig. Gen. Dariusz Skorupka, D.Sc. Assoc. Prof. during his working visit in Charleston. Cooperation with the American university will include the exchange of cadets and teaching staff, joint research projects as well as scientific publications.

On 6th and 7th of December, 2016 the 32nd meeting of the Implementation Group for the “European Initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus” took place in Brussels. On the first day the main topics of discussion were: Up-date of the Lines of Development; reports of exchanges; exchange opportunities and a discussion about new Common Modules. The second day was designated to Air Force and Naval Academies. Briefings were given about their institutions for the purpose of future Erasmus agreements, probably followed by creating an international semester. MALF Wroclaw presented by MAJ Marcin Bielewicz and MAJ Piotr Pietrakowski introduce the ongoing and new Strategic Partnership Project.
